Msgr. Anthony Named New Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia for the Archdiocese for the Military Services

Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, announced today that Msgr. Anthony Frontiero has been named the Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia. He replaces Msgr. Jeffrey Laible, who will become the champlain at Maxwell Air Force Base.

In a press release, Archbishop Broglio stated:

‘I am excited to benefit from Msgr. Frontiero’s vast experience and know that he will bring many talents to the Office of Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia. Throughout his ministry he has worn a variety of hats and I am sure that he will serve the AMS well in these important responsibilities in a global archdiocese.’

Msgr. Anthony will assume his responsibilities on July 1, 2023. More information regarding the future of Saint Matthew Parish will be forthcoming from the Diocese of Manchester.

In the meantime, we thank Msgr. Anthony for his guidance and leadership at Saint Matthew Parish and pray for God’s continued blessings on him, his ministry, and our parish.
